About Me
I used to be a long-haul trucker. It was
difficult to eat proper meals at the proper times. Add the long hours and sleep
deprivation, it all took its toll on my body. I was out of shape, gained many
pounds and just felt lousy.
When I quit driving in 2003, I decided to do
something about my health. I joined a gym that offered personal weight training
and diet plans tailored to my needs. After six months at the gym, I started on a
diet, and within 13 weeks I lost 13 pounds, even though I was building muscle. I
also began eating a lot of organic foods. I also quit eating carbs after 4 PM.
Today I work out at home. I purchased a
complete home gym, a 2007 Bodycraft system with 200 pounds of stacked weights. I
also have dumbbells, a squat rack, flat bench with a preacher curls attachment,
a leg machine and crunch board, and plates of varying weights, up to 100 pounds
each. I have an elliptical strider, which I use for 30 - 35 minutes five days a
week. I also ride a mountain bike, go dancing every weekend, and stay as active
as possible.
At age 71, I'm fitter, healthier and happier
with my lifestyle than I've been for many years. People tell me I look great,
and I feel wonderful!
You could feel better, fitter, healthier and
happier too if you use the strategies and products found on my website.
